No minimum nights required except for holiday weekends.

Included in all rates are the following:  

• Rooms based on double occupancy
• A full gourmet breakfast is served daily from 8:30am to 10am.  All dietary needs will be met to the best of my ability.   Varieties range from homemade blueberry pancakes to a delicious vegetable egg frittata, plus lots more. 
• Fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, yogurt, juices and coffee available from 8 to 11 am for those who care to sleep in a bit.
• Fresh brewed coffee is set up by 7am on the second floor landing so guests may enjoy before coming down to breakfast.  
• Beach towels available for guests.
• Each room has off-street parking.
• The Inn has a large collection of music CDs and books available for guests. 
• 14-day cancellation policy and $25 cancellation fee
• Room rates are for two people.  $50 additional person charge
• Weekend rates may be higher and minimum stay required
• The B&B is not appropriate for children
• Sorry, no pets.  Boarding is available nearby
• Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,  and Columbus Day weekend rates may be higher and minimum stay required

Will be closed January 1 through March 31.  Open again April 1.
